Information on the processing of personal data contained in the above form to apply for participation in the project entitled: "Make it clear - educating young people against disinformation online" - the Creative Europe program of the European Commission (hereinafter: "Project"), organized by the consortium: NASK - National Research Institute together with partners from Latvia (Latvian Internet Association) and Romania (Save the Children Romania) (hereinafter: "Consortium").

The administrator of personal data contained in the form is the Scientific and Academic Computer Network - National Research Institute (NASK-PIB) with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Kolska 12; contact the Data Protection Officer at NASK-PIB: iod@nask.pl

• NASK-PIB will process the above-mentioned personal data based on the participant's consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) for purposes related to the organization of work under the Project, including contact with participants, organization of conferences and meetings with participants;
• personal data may be made available by NASK-PIB to entities providing ICT services to NASK-PIB related to the operation of the Project and partners within the Consortium to carry out tasks in the Project;
• personal data will be processed for the period necessary to register and participate in the Project; however, no longer than until December 31, 2028; after this time the data will be deleted;
• the participant has the right to request access to their data, rectification, limitation of processing, deletion, and transfer of data;
• Providing personal information is voluntary; • the participant has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection; • personal data of participants are not used by NASK-PIB for profiling.
